8 Week Group
This is an eight-week class that will help you discover what spiritual gifts are, what you may have and the best ways to use them. There will be teaching and group discussion time, with a minimum of 1.5 hours each week together. This is your best option for attending as an individual, with a spouse or friend, or take it as a small group. Spreading out the meeting times brings greater clarity on each person’s gift and it gives you time to process and soak in the material.
-
1 day team retreat
The 1 day option allows time to cover the materials and explore each person’s gift in a concentrated time.
We will have large group teaching sessions as well as team discussions regarding each person’s sharing. This day retreat option gives you more continuous time with your team to dive into who each person is, and their specific gifting dynamics on your team.
The end of the retreat will include a debrief with the team leader to cover team changes and improvements. Based on the learnings about each team member, we will discuss the best fit for each role, re-map the org. chart and suggest roles that best match their gifts.

Coaching
This is available for any person and/or team member. One of our Navigate coaches will clarify your gift, aid in adjusting your job description/ministry role, coach you to be more consistent within your gifting, and coach your team to collaborate the diverse gifts together. The ongoing coaching will help you live in your gifting more consistently. This can be difficult to do subjectively for ourselves. Monthly coaching will help the members of your team stay on course to live within their gifting, thus producing more fruit and impact in ministry. We highly encourage team members to have a regular check-in structure to process and implement changes based on their gifting. One of our Navigate coaches can set up the team check-ins for ongoing learning and support.
