David Foertsch is a teacher at heart. Whether it's empowering others in social work, instructing math in middle school or being a father (cuteness pictured), David finds value in seeing others be the best they can be, and even having a sliver of influence is enough for him.

In his spare time, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Sammy. It's been a great journey for them so far, only 3 years into a lifetime of serving God and those around them.

David is a massive nerd - he enjoys playing games of all types, he's a music geek that plays piano and drums and always has some audio-based motivation pumping, and debates random topics just for fun, and well, being a teacher at heart.

Speaking of heart, David wants to share that. He's an open book, and personally invites conversation from each of you reading this. Iron sharpens iron, and it's always beneficial to have fruitful, genuine communication.

Christopher Laing purposefully embraces the journey of accomplishing meaningful objectives. Maintaining an education in Design & Graphic Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, he currently works full time in technology and graphic communications with a keen eye for user experience. Christopher is also a violinist, playing with the worship team at his home church.

Christopher’s passion for identifying spiritual giftedness was ignited after taking Navigate in 2021. He observes walking in one’s spiritual gift provides bearing to live life with intentionality and purpose; For human efforts apart from God's will are futile, “a chasing after the wind" - Ecclesiastes 1:14

Left unattended, Christopher will escape to the outdoors. He loves biking, hiking, paddle-boarding, sailing, and skiing.

Recently, Sarah has explored keynote speaking and training internationally as well as writing and leading Women’s Retreats in hopes for more speaking opportunities for Jesus. Don’t mistake her for having it all together however, because this hot-mess express needs more Jesus! She is passionate about connecting through authentic relationships, cultivating the potential in others, and exhorting others to live in a relationship with God. She is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, adores her role as “auntie,” spoils her Golden Retriever, Toby, and thrives in sharing and showing Jesus to as many people as possible.
